Can I send more than one Kindness Chain a month?

Absolutely! And as a Kindness Club member, you’ll ALWAYS get 15% off retail price plus free shipping on all the Kindness Chains you send. Even if you’re out of credits, simply add a Kindness Chain to your cart, and check out with credit card.

How does the subscription work, and how is it better than subscriptions I’m used to?

Every month, you will be billed $34.95 to your credit card. This $34.95 will then translate into “Kindness Credits” into your account. Whenever you are ready to send a Kindness Chain, simply log in, input your friend’s address, and you can cash in your kindness credits to send that gift with FREE shipping.

With our Kindness Credit System, we eliminate the stress of having to change your recipient address by a certain date, or getting multiple kindness chains sent to the same friend. We make it simple! Log in and send when it’s convenient for YOU!

Do I have to enroll in the subscription service?

The entire purpose of Our Kindness Chain is to make sending a gift, simple, impactful, and part of our monthly routine. We’ve had such a large response of customers who LOVE our mission and want to subscribe, that we’re making our inventory exclusive to members at this time. Member cost is $34.95 plus Free USPS First Class shipping. Cancel anytime with no penalty. Sign up now to save!

Eventually, we will allow purchases of single Kindness Chains at retail price of $39.95 plus $6.95 shipping. Join our Kindness News and we’ll notify you when they are available for one-off purchase.

I received a Kindness Chain, but lost the QR code or don’t recognize who the sender is, can you help?

Sure! Just send us an email at trish@ourkindnesschain.com with the subject line: HELP and I’ll get you connected with the kind person who sent it to you.

I’d like to send to someone, but I don’t have their address. What should I do?

Here are some non-complicated ways of asking someone for their address:

Hi Sally! I’m updating my address book and would love to put yours in it as well. Do you mind sending me your address? Thanks!
Hi Kelly, I have something I’d like to send you in the mail. What’s your mailing address?
If it’s someone local and you don’t want to ask for their address, you could ship to yourself, and simply drop the package at their place of work or where you regularly see them!

What will the package you send to my friend have in it?

With ever Kindness Chain you send, It will be carefully placed in a luxury slider jewelry box. That box will then be placed in a biodegradable mailer bag with a fun, cheery print! Included in the bag will also be a special note explaining to them what the Kindness Chain is. Check out this video to see it all together!

How many credits do I currently have?

Why do my credits expire?

As a small, one person business, I’m not able to hold inventory for over one year. And, we WANT you to send Kindness Chains to make those friends feel valued! We’ll remind you via email before they expire, and if they do, we’ll donate the funds to our charities less a small administration fee.

I don’t want to send anymore. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancelling is easy. We’re sad to see you go, but you are welcome back into this chain of kindness ANY TIME to help us spread our mission of sharing kindness with the country, as well as giving to food banks and orphanages. If you had a problem, please let us know.

To Cancel: Hover over the dots in the top right corner, and click “My Account”. Then, go to “Subscriptions” and hit “VIEW”. Next to “actions” hit “Cancel”. I’m really bad at breakups, and hope to see you again!
